Armed with my cell phone, here are some pre-game photos from the Crew’s historic first visit to Red Bull Arena…
First, I have to say that it must be a good omen that the New Jersey Lottery’s signage is yellow and boasts of “Massive Jackpots.”
Crew equipment man Rusty Wummel had the players’ lockers ready to go…

The coaches were all set up and ready to go as well…
Most important of all, the soccer tennis court was all set up and ready for action…
Hopefully, the this corner of the spacious trainer’s room will only be needed for routine ankle taping…

For the coaches and those not in the starting lineup, these leather seats on the “bench” look to be a comfy way to observe the game…

And just for fun, here is a photo of the artsy-farsty postmodern urinals in the media area. After this high-class experience, I don’t think I can use a normal urinal ever again.
